What services do you offer?
Salt therapy, infrared sauna, PEMF, red light therapy, and lymphatic compression. We also offer selected treatment-bed hybrids: PEMF + Lymphatic and Red Light + Lymphatic.
Do I have to book a hybrid?
No. PEMF, red light therapy, and lymphatic compression can each be booked individually. Hybrid sessions are simply an additional option.
How long is a salt session?
A standard salt session is about 20 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.
How long is an infrared sauna session?
Sauna sessions currently run about 30 to 40 minutes. Check the booking page for the exact appointment length.
How long are PEMF, red light, lymphatic, and hybrid sessions?
Session lengths will be shown in the booking system once final equipment protocols are confirmed.
Is there a shower?
There is no shower on site. Please plan accordingly for your sauna visit.
Do you offer memberships?
No monthly membership commitment. We offer single sessions and prepaid 4- and 8-session packages.
Can I book more than one experience?
Yes, subject to availability. You can book individual services, selected hybrid sessions, or one of our signature experiences.
Do you host private groups?
Private groups and special events are available by inquiry. Because every gathering is different, services, timing, availability, and pricing are customized.
Can these services treat a health condition?
Our services are offered for general wellness and relaxation. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Please check with an appropriate healthcare professional if you have a health concern or are unsure whether a service is right for you.
